KPMG/REC Jobs Report - July 2016
The Juice team read with great interest, the latest results from July's KPMG/REC's Job Outlook Report.
The report highlighted that the number of full-time appointments fell for the first time in four years and the supply of permanent candidates declined at the weakest pace in 34 months. Permanent and temporary wages continued to rise but at weaker rates.
We are still very busy at Juice and have seen a great increase in temporary recruitment requirements!

Jobs growth continues in July!
Figures released for July 2016 reveal that the UK job market continues to grow with 8% more vacancies on offer than the same time last year.
However, up-to-the-minute data from reed.co.uk reveals a slowing in the rate of growth of new jobs advertised compared to 2015.
In July, the monthly index fell by three points (1%) compared to June. Overall, the Reed Job Index stands at 289.
Salaries in the UK rose by 3% in July compared to the previous year, indicating that businesses across the country are pushing hard to attract top talent. This is according to the latest data from the UK’s leading independent job site, CV-Library. According to the data, key areas for salary growth were seen in the retail, legal and finance sectors, where salaries increased by 8%, 7.2% and 6.9% respectively.
