The Juice……

With the start of the year seeing record high job vacancies and low unemployment, this has led to the tightest labour market in the last two decades along with wage growth at a level rarely seen since 2008.

The Recruitment & Employment Confederation has recently produced survey results that indicate whilst solid wage growth is likely to persist in the coming months, there are signs that the rate of increase may soon peak.

Staff availability is still proving challenging however a cooling in growth for demand for staff has been recorded in the last month.
