Vicky, Juice’s MD, has been with the business for 14 years, and instantly recognised the uniqueness of Juice and felt empowered to bring its culture and people to many businesses and candidates in order to connect amazing talent with that perfect opportunity.
‘The team at Juice are incredible’ says Vicky. ‘We all look after each other, rely on each other and love nothing more than to be together.’
Juice is all about fusing work and play. One person who does this expertly is Business Manager, Alison Watson.
Ali who has been with Juice for 19 years, knows how important it is to bring people together. It is always great to see the teams so alive and the energy within Juice is empowering.
Holly, whose foundations are in Bristol, feels Juice is a home from home. ‘It’s been a huge part of my life and where some of my dearest memories and friends have been made’. Holly who started with Juice in 2012, credits the success of the business with its unmatched levels of service and its focus on relationships.
‘My best Juice moment? It has to be my annual trips away with everyone at Juice. So many perfect days of sun, fun, friends and laughter.’
Since her first day in 2016, Claire has curated her role, recruiting gifted exceptional talent into creative and commercial industries. She says that Juice has been her go to for everything, from meeting amazing people to being privileged enough to recruit for some truly exceptional brands.
Launching new initiatives to showcase innovation, Claire now promotes talent, training and development within the business to support retention and continued learning and development.
